We will set up your event equipment before 7 PM and pick it up at 1 AM, or earlier if requested. We work with you to coordinate any special timing requests.
For cancellations made seven (7) or more days before your booking, no cancellation fee will be applied. For cancellations made less than seven (7) days before your booking, we will refund half of the initial rental fee.

If the weather prevents us from fulfilling your booking on the scheduled date, we will offer you an alternative date at no additional cost or provide a full refund to your credit card. This guarantee can only be claimed on the day of your booking.

Our projectors are upgraded with a smart TV streaming system that allows you to stream from your favourite streaming apps directly from the projector, like YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, etc. Some apps may require you to have an account. You will need Wi-Fi or our Data Hotspot to use these features.
The timeline for a project depends on its complexity and scope. A single room makeover might take a few weeks, while a whole-home redesign could take several months.
Our kit includes a high-definition projector, a large inflatable or frame screen, a professional audio system, and optional extras like a popcorn machine. We also handle delivery, setup, and takedown.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekend events, to secure your desired date. Popular dates can fill up quickly.

No, we do not provide movies. All movies must be Streamed by the renter through his/her subscription services. We do not offer any streaming or media services.
We require access to a power source and sufficient space for the screen and seating. Our team will handle the rest, including setup and takedown.
Yes, we can accommodate themed events. Let us know your theme and preferences, and we can offer suggestions and options, such as custom screen backgrounds or additional decor elements.
We do not provide like folding chairs and blankets. However, if you prefer something specific or need a large quantity, you may want to arrange for it elsewhere.
